How I can help tradies get their weekend's back with the Mrs!
It's that time of the year where the flowers are blooming, the birds are chirping, the weather is muggy and backyard BBQ's are firing up again! It's Spring! Everyone wants to catch up with you and aside from work you still need to spend some quality time with your family and, of course, the Mrs!

I'm no apprentice but I can definitely help you out with those other super time consuming, never ending tasks and it will absolutely help you get some time back for yourself AND your loved ones. So let's just look at 3 ways I can be of assistance to you:
1. Creating Invoices/Quotes
Invoicing and quoting has got to be part of the job that chews up a lot of your time, right? Thankfully so many programs are cloud-based, which means that something like this can be done remotely. This is definitely something that you can delegate over to me!
2. Chasing Debtors
This is a task that I find a lot of business owners don't want to handle themselves, and it's totally understandable. You've built a good relationship with all of your clients and you probably get a lot of repeat business and business via word of mouth - so sometimes it's best to hand over a task as delicate as this one is. This way your accounts are all up to date AND you don't have to worry about it blemishing the relationship that you have with your clients directly.
3. Reconfirming bookings/diary management
How often do you turn up to a site and have the person not home, or they forgot about booking the job that day? It does happen. By giving me access to your bookings I can reconfirm appointments before they forgot or double booked themselves. Saving you time and frustration.
