What exactly is an Online Business Manager?
An Online Business Manager (OBM) is just like an Operations Manager you’d find in an office; however, an OBM works remotely. No need to get all up in each other’s faces to get the job done, right?

Is it you I’d be working with or do you have a team behind you?
For all OBM work you will be working with me and me alone. For anything else specialised such as Marketing or Graphic Design, I have a great and reliable network of businesses who I trust and partner with, although nothing is ever set in stone.

I’m in a rush! How much notice do you need for ad hoc work?
Around two weeks’ notice is best for keeping everything ship shape. If you need something sooner than that, run it by me, and I’ll see if I can help.  


Do you work with inter-state or international clients?
I do work with Aussie interstate clients; however, I like to keep things close to my own time zone (I’m in NSW), so no, I don’t work with international clients.


Do you have set hours and days you’re available?
I sure do. I’m available for work Monday to Friday, from 9am to 4pm AEST.


How will we communicate with each other
We work out the best way between us. Some of my clients prefer email, others like to use voice messaging apps, like Voxer or WhatsApp, to keep track of requests and updates.


Delegating isn’t easy. How will I know I can trust you to do a stellar job?
If letting go is hard, we’ll start out slow and build up a trusted relationship from there. For now, have a scroll through some of my testimonials. They might start to put you more at ease.


How do I know our wires aren’t going to get crossed?
I'll always verify what you’re asking me to do. When necessary, I’ll also give you an idea of the approach I’m planning on taking, so there’s a clear brief as well as a plan.
